Delete your Wedora account
You can delete your Wedora account and the wedding workspaces you own. Choose the in-app path when possible — it is the fastest.
In app (fastest)
- Open Wedora.
- Go to Account / Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
This deletes your Firebase Auth account and wedding workspaces you own (events, guests, budgets, media you uploaded, and related planner data), then removes your user record — same path as Settings → Delete account in the app.
Without the app (web request)
Send a deletion request that includes:
- The email you use to sign in to Wedora.
- Clear confirmation that you want permanent account deletion.
Fill the form below, then use Open email to send a pre-filled message from your mail app:
Backup channel: message us on Buy Me a Coffee with the subject or first line starting with DELETE ACCOUNT, and include the same email + confirmation.
What we delete
- Your Firebase Authentication account
- Wedding workspaces you own and associated planner data (events, guests, budgets, media you uploaded, checklists, and similar content)
- Your co-planner access to weddings you do not own (membership removed where we process the request)
Content others own in shared weddings may remain where they are the owners.
What we keep briefly
Backups and logs may persist up to 30 days, then are removed from routine systems. Legal holds are rare and only when required.
Timeline
- In app: deletion is immediate, subject to Firebase processing.
- Web requests: we aim to complete within 30 days of a verifiable request.
